Business data you provide

When you complete a monthly check-in, we collect the business metrics and notes you enter, including revenue, expenses, customer counts, cash on hand, progress on action items, and descriptions of your challenges. We store this information to generate your coaching reports and to provide continuity across months.

Usage data

We may collect basic usage information such as when you access the service, which features you use, and any errors that occur, to help us improve the product.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Generate personalized coaching reports and answer your questions
• Remember your history across check-ins so your coaching improves over time

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business data to train AI models. We share information only with the following service providers, strictly as necessary to operate the Service:

• Database and authentication provider — stores your account data and handles secure sign-in
• AI processing provider — generates coaching reports and answers your questions (data is sent on a per-request basis and is not used to train AI models)
• Authentication provider — verifies your identity when you sign in with a third-party account
• Payment processor — handles subscription billing and payment processing
• Hosting provider — serves and delivers the website

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted by strict access controls — only you can see your own information. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data, but no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete all of your data at any time by clicking "Delete my data" in the plan menu within the application. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you cancel your subscription, your account remains available and your data is preserved unless you choose to delete it.

7. Children's Privacy

GlowCoach is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
